Half way through August aleady and having seen ourselves through our second heatwave, what a fantastic summer it has been so far! Time really has been flying with plenty happening over at the Pub Stuff Headquarters over the last month.

Biophilic design - bringing the outside in
(Biophilic design is a concept used within the building industry to increase occupant connectivity to the natural environment through the use of direct nature, indirect nature, and space and place conditions)
A trend continuing for 2022 is Biophilic design, where the connection between nature and aesthetic is an innate one. Incorporating this into dining spaces can help create that inviting and harmonious feeling to make customers feel at ease when eating. The world is a far better place when it feels beautiful and peaceful and when people feel comfortable in their surroundings, they enjoy their food more. However, all too often restaurant interiors are designed to be as cold and sterile as possible. If customers are to develop a positive impression of your restaurant, consider biophilic design and how to incorporate greenery into your interior design strategy. How to achieve Biophilic design interior in 5 easy steps:
*Go for a Natural Color Scheme
*Incorporate an Assortment of Plants

With it being the most popular trend in 2021 and still going strong into 2022, this trend is likely to stick around as a front runner. Interiors are all about how your experience through feeling, emotion, smell etc and therefore, it is no wonder this concept comes up trumps time and time again. Sustainability update

We are always committed to our sustainability journey and aspiring to move to more energy efficient systems in general so that in turn, we can help our customers but after recently reading an article on prices rising so much in the hospitality and leisure industry (as well as everywhere!), it really struck a cord with us so we are more than ever, eager to do more and more.
Since our last calculation on our solar journey on 22nd June, we have saved ANOTHER whopping 81 trees (over 41 days!), 178 in total since we began recording out journey, making that over 2 trees per day! They are the kind of figures you want to see to know it is all worth while. Keep following our sustainability journey in hope to inspire other small businesses.
Recent Project - Twickenham Stadium
The Rugby House at Twickenham Stadium needed new furniture for their prestigious debenture lounge area which is available for private hire before and after events.
We put together a bundle of dining chairs, dining tables, high stools and poseur tables to create two areas in this space. One area for a more formal seating arrangement with the dining height and then the less formal area for a few drinks with the bar height. For the bar area of the Debenture Lounge, we supplied a simple design of Wooden Top Button Stools with Chunky Square H-Frame Poseur tables to create a comfortable area whilst keeping it basic but modern. These items are also in Weathered Oak to keep the room feeling warm and airy.
Our Button Top High Bar Stools in Weathered Oak are taking front row seats at the bar in this lounge. These stools are the perfect addition to any bar to add a subtle perch for anyone quickly grabbing a pint! Sat in front of this iconic photograph of the England squad are our very popular and comfortable Mario dining chairs in our Bison faux leathers, Espresso and Tan. These chairs are paired with Milan Square tables with a cast iron black base and weathered oak planked tops.
